Winter habbits of Jasmine?

I own a couple jasmine plants (outdoors) and I'm wondering if they will maybe drop seeds and come back next year or stay alive through the winter (l live in southern Wisonsin). They have only a single flower between them (they are pretty big though!!). What will happen with them during the winter - will they come back?

Winter habbits of Jasmine?
Carolina jasmine (yellow) is hardier by far than Star jasmine (white). Star will not make it. Carolina might but keep it watered during the winter to protect the roots and mulch. Good luck.
Reply:Most Jasmine are a warm weather plant. You can try to "winter" them over. You might go to your gardening center and get rooting hormone then cut off some of the branches and have "starting" to winter over in your home. I live in Southern Illinois. I tried to grow Jasmine, but it didn't make though our winter. Ours is milder than yours. Good Luck
