Does jasmine tea need to be dried out before storing it to use it again?

I bought jasmine tea yeaterday and the sales person told me it could be reused but couldn't tell me any more (I think she was new at the store.)

Does jasmine tea need to be dried out before storing it to use it again?
if you want to re-steep the tea you can either carefully dry it so it doesn't get moldy or steep it NOW and put the tea in the fridge to be heated when you want it. If you take the latter approach, the tea should be in a covered container - if it gets cloudy throw it out.

PS: you'll need more tea or a longer steeping time to make it as strong as your first cup.
Reply:If you use it for multiple infusions in the same day just transfer the wet tea to a bowl and use to make tea again (extend the brewing time, also different tea can be reused for a different number of brewings) . Tea shouldn't be re-dried because it would not only damage the flavor but it will be too exposed to bacteria
