How late in the year can I cut my Jasmine Clotted Cream back?

Please can someone tell me how late on in the year I can sucessfully cut back my Jasmine Clotted Cream? As I have forgotten to do it before now.

How late in the year can I cut my Jasmine Clotted Cream back?
Not now! Prune it just after it has flowered.It flowers on the last years wood. So by pruning then, it will have time to grow flowering wood for the following year.
