We drink loose Jasmine Tea here, i love it for the flavor, havent really looked online for health benefits, but am asking you, the yahoo community if you drink Jasmine Tea for health reasons or flavor or both??
Jasmine Tea??
I am a former chef and live in Toronto Canada, I buy it loose from a Chinese specialty tea store, I get a premium brand, as far as health benefits, all tea is good for you in many ways, and if you get a green tea based on it is better, but most of the jasmine tea around is made by adding the fragrant jasmine flower to a fermented black tea of sorts.
If you have a good Asian grocery or herbal specialist on town you may find it in the green tea form.
