Growing jasmine in Pennsylvania?

I'd like to grow jasmine, but I live in southwest Pennsylvania. I am in zone 6a, according to the USDA plant hardiness zone map. Coldest temperature is usually -5 to

-10 degrees. I have read that jasmine will not survive, that this is too cold for them. Is it possible to grow jasmine as an indoor plant? Has anyone tried? What would they need to succeed as a houseplant?

I also live in Pennsylvania. I think any plant can succeed as a house plant as long as their near a window where they can get sunlight and they'll need lots of water. They might also be fine outside for the summer but once the ground starts to freeze it will kill them.
Reply:Huh...there seems to be an echo in here and it got the vote. WTF Report It

Reply:Yes indoors they are fine I have one at home right now. They will not survive outdoors in the winter though.
