How to apologise to someone[ Jasmine]?
I have a significant other that I am very fond of .We get along , and tell jokes and email each other everyday. Well, she wrote something that I took to mean something else, and have not emailed her since. I have to apologise to her,[ she once called me an idiot!, I guess she was right!] Anyway, how do you guys feel is the best way that a caveman like myself, you know, uncouth, unrefined, abrasive, etc,etc, can show her how much I really enjoy her company with me? Mind you, this is REV RENE here, So believe you me, now it';s ME that is eating crow! It's very humbling , yet neccessary to show her and the rest of you ham and eg.........oh, I forgot, she doesn't want me to call you guys that anymore! SIGH!, Yeah, and to think that she even questions my love for her, Jasmine , my Beautiful Indian Princess, the lengths that I go for you!!!!!!!!!

What are the benefits of Jasmine tea?
I am a teen loosing weight and its worked very well, but i have been drinking nothing, but water these past few months. Does Jasmine have any health benefits? Can it help me loose weight?

Tea in general is a good drink as it is high in antioxidants, has been shown to protect against various diseases including cancer and cardio-vascular diseases, and can aid in weight loss by increasing your metabolic rate, which means you burn calories faster.
However, to get more benefits I would recommend drinking green or white tea instead of black tea. (Jasmine is just a flavoured version of black tea). Green and white tea have been less processed, so they have more antioxidants and less caffeine (although any kind of tea has far less caffeine than a cup of coffee).
The caffeine content of tea may have a diuretic effect, i.e. making you need to urinate more, which means you should drink more water if you start to drink a significant amount of tea. However, this effect does depend on how tolerant your body is of caffeine generally - if you are taking in a lot in any case then the amounts in tea shouldn't make much difference.

Jasmine tea is a great source of anti-oxidants and minerals pplus it tastes really nice too! I would not reccomend drinking it instead of water as your body requires, at the very least, 2 litres of water a day. I would maybe suggest alternating between your water and jasmine tea throughout the day. Just remember to constantly saturate ytour body with water all day long, your urine should be a pale straw colour. Any darker and it means you are dehydrated. Another dehydration sign is dry lips or mouth. Keep drinking that water and enjoy your tea!
